1. Acceptance
By using this website or making a donation through it, you agree to these terms.
2. Donations
Donations are voluntary and are applied to the campaign selected, or to the foundation's general fund where no campaign is chosen. Where a campaign raises more than its stated goal, or is unable to proceed, funds may be applied to a related programme; we will publish that decision on the campaign page.
3. Eligibility
Donations are currently accepted from Indian donors only. We do not accept foreign contributions unless and until the foundation holds the required registration under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010.
4. Accuracy of information
You agree that the details you provide, including PAN, are accurate. Receipts and statutory filings are prepared from what you submit.
5. Content
All content on this site belongs to the foundation unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always published here.
